WHEZ is this area's only Community Radio Station, serving Hartsville, McBee, Byrdtown, Ashland, Clyde, Auburn and Stokes Bridge, with reception reports from Society Hill, Patrick, Western Darlington and Northern Bishopville and Lee County.

WHEZ plays Easy Listening, Big Band, Today's Hit Instrumentals and Show Tunes from artists like Frank Sinatra, Benny Goodman, Glenn Miller, The Andrews Sisters, Nat King Cole. Bing Crosby, Count Basie, Peggy Lee, Tony Bennett, Les Brown, Doris Day, Louis Armstrong, Dean Martin, Julie London, Harry James, Ella Fitzgerald, Rosemary Clooney, Pete Fountain, Bobby Darin and hundreds of others. We think you will find it an interesting mix. WHEZ has a huge music library with over 3,000 selections in our daily music rotation schedule, which changes all the time. Most stations only have a couple of hundred songs in rotation...some a lot less. You won't hear the same song over and over.

WHEZ not only plays music 24 hours a day....we have local information you won't get from any other station. We are anxious to help people learn about your organization's events. We are all partners in the Community, trying to make our area a better place to live.
